Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Bloomly handles and the choices available to business users and their clients.
Effective August 5, 2026 · Updated September 28, 2026Who operates Bloomly
Bloomly is a salon scheduling and business-management software product operated by VIKTOR PYRKOV, a sole proprietor. This policy describes how VIKTOR PYRKOV handles information in operating the Bloomly service.
Information we collect
We collect account and business information you provide, such as your name, contact details, business profile, services, staff, availability and appointment records. When a client books, we may process their name, phone number, booking details and messages on behalf of the business.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Bloomly, manage bookings, deliver requested messages and reminders, support users, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and improve the service.
Payments
Card, bank account and identity information used for payments or payouts is collected and processed by Stripe. Bloomly does not store full card numbers or bank account credentials. Stripe's own privacy terms apply to information processed through its services.
Service providers and disclosure
We may share only the information needed with providers that help us run Bloomly, including hosting, database, messaging, analytics and payment providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction.
Purchases and receipt recognition
Bloomly stores purchase drafts and receipt images or PDFs you upload to help you manage business expenses and stock. These files are not published to clients.
When you choose “Recognize receipt,” Bloomly sends the selected image or PDF, including information visible in that document, to OpenAI to extract purchase details. The result is a draft for your review. Recognition does not automatically record an expense or change stock. You can enter the details manually instead.
OpenAI processes this information under its API data controls, which include applicable retention for safety and abuse monitoring.
Optional Gmail purchase import
Gmail purchase import is optional and may be unavailable while Google setup and approval are pending.
If you connect Gmail, Google grants read-only access that technically covers your mailbox. Bloomly uses this access to find purchase-related messages within dates you choose. It reads message headers to display search results and processes the bodies of messages you select to create purchase drafts. It does not send email, change labels, mark messages read, or import attachments.
Bloomly stores your connected email address, an encrypted connection credential, search-result metadata, and the purchase details extracted into your drafts. Gmail message bodies are parsed by Bloomly and are not sent to OpenAI by this integration. Uploaded receipt recognition is a separate action described above.
Google data use and your controls
Bloomly uses Google API data for the purchase-import feature and its security. Its use and sharing of this data follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use restrictions. Google API data is not sold, used for advertising or lending decisions, or used to train general-purpose AI models.
For Google API data, disclosures to service providers are limited to providing this feature with your consent, security, legal requirements, or a business transfer with your prior explicit consent. Access by Bloomly personnel is limited to your explicit consent for specific content, security investigations, or legal requirements.
You can disconnect Gmail in Purchases. This removes the saved connection credential and pending searches and authorizations for that salon. Previously saved purchase drafts and confirmed business records remain subject to the retention and deletion provisions below. You can separately revoke Bloomly's access through your Google Account's third-party connections. Contact Bloomly using the details below to request deletion of retained import data.
Data retention and security
We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for support, security, legal and accounting purposes. We use access controls and other safeguards designed to protect personal data, though no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. Business clients should first contact the beauty business that collected their booking details.
