These terms govern access to Bloomly, our scheduling and business-management software for beauty professionals.

Bloomly is a salon scheduling and business-management software product operated by VIKTOR PYRKOV, a sole proprietor. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to VIKTOR PYRKOV as the operator of Bloomly.
Using Bloomly
You must provide accurate information, be legally able to enter into an agreement and use Bloomly only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for your account, staff access and activity under your credentials.
Your business and clients
Each business is responsible for its services, prices, availability, client communications, licenses, taxes and compliance with applicable laws. Bloomly provides software and is not the provider of beauty or wellness services booked through the platform.
Payments
Payment processing and payouts may be provided through Stripe. A business may need to accept Stripe's terms, complete identity checks and provide payout information. The business remains responsible for refunds, disputes and the accuracy of amounts charged to its clients.
Subscriptions and changes
Paid features, prices and limits will be shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew for the selected term until canceled. We may improve, add or discontinue features and will provide reasonable notice when a material change affects paid use.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access data without authorization, send unlawful or unwanted messages, upload harmful content, reverse engineer protected portions of the service or use Bloomly to violate another person's rights.
Availability and liability
Bloomly is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
